Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of the CreatorHive platform, available at creatorhive.app, operated by [INSERT COMPANY NAME] (hereinafter “we”, “CreatorHive”).

By accepting these Terms during registration, the user confirms that they have read and fully accept them.

1. Definitions

  • Service: the CreatorHive SaaS platform, including the webapp and the API.
  • User: anyone who registers for the Service via an organization invitation.
  • Organization: the B2B customer that owns a dedicated area on the platform.
  • Creator: the user with the “creator” role associated with an organization.

2. Subject

CreatorHive is a SaaS platform dedicated to creator companies and creators themselves for the management of:

  • Creator and sponsor records.
  • Sponsorships (lifecycle draft → proposed → active → completed).
  • Aggregated statistics of connected social channels.
  • Reports and dashboards.

3. Access to the Service

3.1. Access to the Service is granted exclusively via an invitation generated by a registered organization. Open registration is not available.

3.2. To register, the user must:

  • Be at least 16 years old.
  • Accept the Privacy Policy and these Terms.
  • Provide credentials (username and password) and optional profile data.

3.3. The user warrants the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided. The user is responsible for the safekeeping of their own credentials.

4. User obligations

The user undertakes to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
  • Not share their credentials with third parties.
  • Not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent activities, or activities that infringe the rights of third parties.
  • Not attempt to access unauthorized portions of the Service, perform reverse engineering, or automate requests beyond permitted limits.
  • Not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, image rights, or applicable regulations.

5. Content, statistics and rights

5.1. Sponsorship data, uploaded content and statistics are processed within the contractual relationship between the creator and the organization, and remain associated with the organization even in the event of deactivation/deletion of the user account, unless otherwise agreed.

5.2. The user’s username and email, in the event of account deletion, are kept in pseudonymized form for audit trail and contractual evidence purposes, in compliance with Article 17(3)(b)/(e) GDPR.

5.3. Connecting social channels via OAuth is authorized directly by the user on the originating platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, TikTok). CreatorHive only accesses scopes explicitly authorized, and tokens are encrypted at rest.

6. Service availability

6.1. CreatorHive undertakes to ensure the availability of the Service with the utmost care possible, but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors.

6.2. Interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party malfunctions (hosting providers, social APIs) are excluded.

6.3. CreatorHive may temporarily or permanently suspend access to the Service in the event of a breach of these Terms or abusive/fraudulent behavior.

7. Account deletion

7.1. The user can request the deletion of their account at any time from their profile settings.

7.2. Deletion provides for a grace period of 30 days, during which the user can cancel the request simply by logging in.

7.3. After the grace period, the user’s personal data is deleted or anonymized. Username and email are kept pseudonymized for audit trail purposes (see point 5.2).

7.4. Sponsorships, content and statistics associated with the user remain with the holding organization unless otherwise agreed contractually.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1. To the extent permitted by law, CreatorHive’s liability for damages arising from the use of the Service is limited to cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

8.2. CreatorHive is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or loss of data resulting from third-party malfunctions (social APIs, hosting providers) or improper use of the Service by the user.

8.3. The user is solely responsible for the content they upload and for contractual relationships with sponsors and organizations.

9. Changes to the Terms

CreatorHive reserves the right to update these Terms. Substantial changes are notified to users, who will be required to re-accept the new version on their next login. The current version is always available on this page.

10. Personal data processing

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

11. Termination

11.1. These Terms remain in force until the user’s account is deleted or until the Service is terminated.

11.2. Clauses regarding limitation of liability, intellectual property and applicable law survive termination.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from these Terms, the Court of [INSERT JURISDICTION] has exclusive jurisdiction, except for consumers, who may bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence.
